What This Is
The Personal Training Membership is centered on individualized, in-person coaching with a clear technical focus. Sessions are structured around improving efficiency, refining movement patterns, and addressing specific skills or limitations through immediate feedback and correction.
Each session is a dedicated 45-minute coaching block. The format is intentionally designed to be focused and efficient, allowing time for assessment, targeted drills, and execution without rushing or filler. This is not a lesson-style format and not a generalized program. It is individualized coaching delivered hands-on.
What’s Included
The membership includes four in-person swim coaching sessions per month, each lasting 45 minutes. Sessions are individualized and build on one another over time, allowing for technical progression and continuity. Coaching is delivered in real time, with direct instruction and feedback throughout each session. Monthly scheduling is consistent to support skill development and accountability, and facility access is included.
What’s Not Included
To keep this offering focused and effective, the Personal Training Membership does not include written training plans/workout programming, or broader integration with bike, run, or strength training. It also does not include asynchronous plan updates, ongoing messaging support, or season and race planning. Athletes looking for a fully integrated coaching experience should consider the Gold Membership option instead.
