FAQs
What equipment do I need to follow the plan?
Just access to a pool, a bike (road or hybrid), running shoes, and a willingness to show up for yourself. That’s it.
What if I miss a few workouts?
Life happens. The plan is flexible and designed to be realistic. You’ll still make it to race day.
Do I need to be able to swim already?
You should be able to swim 50–100 yards continuously. If you’re not there yet, I can help you get there – schedule some Personal Coaching time with me and we’ll work on your stroke technique and endurance.
How do I get my money back if I don’t finish?
Just email me. If you’ve followed the plan and things didn’t go to plan on race day, I’ll refund you—no questions asked.
