I’m in my mid 60’s and have been swimming for a lot of years. Competed in sprint Tri’s in my 30’s.
I swim now to stay in shape. Always felt my stroke could use some improvement but never did anything about it. Ran into Ryan during a morning swim and liked what he had to say and his pedigree. After several lessons I could feel I was slipping through the water with more ease. The best part is I dropped my 100 meter time by almost 15 seconds!
